Steel fabrication is a specialist, test-driven sector for Falisha, supplying coded welders, fabricators, fitters and QC inspectors for structural-steel, pressure-vessel and heavy-fabrication workshops across the Gulf. Because fabrication quality is weld-dependent, employers insist on welders who can pass a coded test to the project's welding procedure before hire. We maintain a pool of trade-tested welders across MIG, TIG and arc processes and positions up to 6G.

Qualifications
Screening
Welders sit a practical weld test to the client's welding procedure, frequently third-party witnessed and checked by NDT, with position and process confirmed before selection. Fabricators and fitters are assessed on drawing interpretation and prior workshop experience, with references verified.
