Screening
Qualifications, registration and experience are verified at source (for example through DataFlow) and candidates are prepared for the relevant Prometric or health-regulator licensing exam before shortlisting. English-language evidence (OET or IELTS) and clinical references are confirmed as part of pre-deployment checks.
