Falisha recruits security guards, supervisors, CCTV operators and safety officers for facilities, commercial sites and events across the Gulf. Markets such as the UAE require guards to complete regulator-approved training and licensing (for example Dubai's SIRA) after arrival, so we prioritise disciplined, physically fit candidates, many of them ex-services, who can clear those gates. Height, fitness and conduct standards are set by the employer and the destination regulator.

Qualifications
Screening
Candidates are screened for physical fitness, height and conduct, with police character certificates and any prior security or armed-forces service verified. First-aid and fire-safety certificates are confirmed, and candidates are briefed on destination licensing requirements such as SIRA before deployment.
