Screening
Welders are tested to the client's welding procedure and are often third-party coded (up to 6G) before mobilisation, while technicians face discipline-specific competency checks. Valid safety certificates such as BOSIET and H2S, offshore medicals and prior plant or refinery experience are all verified before deployment.
