Sourcing to travel
Romania has become one of Europe's most active markets for Pakistani workers, with strong demand in construction, manufacturing, welding and logistics backed by EU work rights.
As a Government of Pakistan–licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP Licence No. 4035, BEOE-registered) with over 15 years of international recruitment experience, Falisha Manpower sources skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Pakistani workers for employers in Romania across construction, manufacturing, welding, logistics, agriculture, hospitality and caregiving, in line with applicable work-permit and employment regulations.
With a nationwide sourcing network and offices in Rawalpindi (head office), Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), our team manages candidate screening, documentation and full deployment coordination throughout the hiring process.
Romania has become one of the most active EU destinations for Pakistani workers. A growing economy, EU membership and a shortage of local labour have opened steady demand across construction, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture and hospitality, and the work-permit route is well understood by employers and agencies there.
Falisha Manpower sources and screens candidates in Pakistan and mobilises them for Romanian employers under the country’s work-permit and long-stay visa system, handling documentation end-to-end.
We place construction and civil trades — masons, steel fixers, carpenters, scaffolders, electricians, plumbers and welders — along with factory and production workers, warehouse and logistics staff, drivers, and agricultural and food-processing workers. Hospitality and services add further demand.
Candidates are trade-tested and documented before travel so Romanian employers receive workers who are ready to start.
Demand is spread across Bucharest and the major industrial and logistics centres — Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Brașov, Constanța and the surrounding zones — with construction, manufacturing and warehousing employers hiring across the country.
We match candidates to the employer and region and coordinate sourcing and paperwork from our Pakistan offices.
The route runs through the employer: the Romanian company obtains a work permit (aviz de muncă) from the immigration authority, after which the worker applies for a long-stay employment visa at the Romanian mission and receives a residence permit after arrival. Medical screening and Protector of Emigrants clearance are completed in Pakistan.
We coordinate each step with the employer so the permit, visa and travel line up without unnecessary delays.
As an EU member, Romania sets a statutory minimum wage and requires written employment contracts, with social contributions and the labour protections that come with EU employment. Working in Romania also places candidates inside the wider EU labour market.
We place candidates only on clear, documented contracts and brief them before departure on their role, pay and conditions.
To work in Romania you will usually need a valid passport, relevant trade or education certificates and experience letters, and a work permit obtained by your employer; many technical roles include a trade test before selection. We then handle the visa, Protector of Emigrants clearance and travel.
We guide you through the process and, in line with BEOE rules, never charge candidates unlawful fees. Romania is often a practical first step into the European labour market.
Romania’s growth — supported by EU investment and a tightening local labour market — has made construction, manufacturing and logistics its biggest sources of demand for overseas workers. Infrastructure and building projects need civil and MEP trades; automotive and general manufacturing need production and assembly workers; and expanding warehousing and distribution need logistics staff and drivers.
For Pakistani workers this is a practical, accessible European corridor with a well-established work-permit route, and it often serves as a first step into the wider EU labour market.
We source and trade-test candidates against what Romanian employers actually need, so people arrive matched to the role rather than hoping to find their feet.
Because the process is employer-led and relatively straightforward, Romania can move faster than some western-European routes: the employer secures the work permit, the worker obtains the long-stay visa, and residence is completed on arrival. That makes it attractive for candidates who want to start an EU career without a long wait.
We coordinate the permit, visa and travel end-to-end and keep both employer and candidate informed, so mobilisation stays predictable.
