Germany's shortage of skilled labour is opening structured routes for Pakistani professionals and tradespeople in engineering, healthcare, IT and the skilled trades.
As a Government of Pakistan–licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP Licence No. 4035, BEOE-registered) with over 15 years of international recruitment experience, Falisha Manpower sources skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Pakistani workers for employers in Germany across construction, manufacturing, welding, logistics, agriculture, hospitality and caregiving, in line with applicable work-permit and employment regulations.
With a nationwide sourcing network and offices in Rawalpindi (head office), Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), our team manages candidate screening, documentation and full deployment coordination throughout the hiring process.
Germany faces a well-documented shortage of skilled workers (Fachkräftemangel) and has opened several routes for non-EU talent under its Skilled Immigration Act. These include a work visa with a job offer, the EU Blue Card for higher-qualified roles, and the points-based Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) that lets qualified people come to look for work. Falisha Manpower helps Pakistani candidates match to German employers and the right route.
Demand spans construction and the skilled trades, manufacturing and engineering, healthcare and nursing, hospitality, logistics and increasingly IT. German employers value formally trained, certified workers, which plays to the strengths of Pakistan’s technical and vocational workforce.
We recruit construction and civil trades, welders and metal fabricators, electricians, plumbers, HVAC and mechanical technicians, machine and production operators, and engineers. Hospitality (hotels, kitchens, restaurants), logistics, warehousing and professional driving are also active, and healthcare demand for nurses and carers is strong where qualifications can be recognised.
Because German roles usually expect recognised qualifications and some language, we assess each candidate honestly against the role before putting them forward, rather than overpromising.
Hiring is strongest in the industrial south and west — Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia — and in the major cities of Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Cologne, with manufacturing and logistics spread across the country.
We follow where German employers and their recruitment partners are hiring and match candidates to the location and role.
Two things shape a German placement: recognition of your qualification (Anerkennung), which confirms your foreign training is equivalent to the German standard, and language. Many skilled roles ask for German at roughly A2–B2 depending on the job, while some technical and IT roles accept English to start.
We help candidates understand the recognition and language requirements for their target role up front, so nobody travels on false expectations.
Germany has a statutory minimum wage (Mindestlohn) and strong labour protections: a written contract, regulated working hours, paid leave, and enrolment in the social-security system that covers health insurance, pension and unemployment. These protections are a major reason Germany is such a sought-after destination.
We place candidates only on documented contracts and brief them on pay, hours and conditions before departure.
To work in Germany you will typically need a valid passport, a recognised qualification (or a path to recognition), the required German or English level for the role, and a job offer or an Opportunity Card. The work visa is applied for at the German mission.
We guide you through recognition, language, documentation and Protector of Emigrants clearance, and never charge candidates unlawful fees, in line with BEOE rules.
Germany’s shortage of skilled workers runs deep through its Mittelstand — the mid-sized manufacturers that power its economy — and its large industrial groups. That creates sustained demand for welders and metal fabricators, CNC and machine operators, electricians, mechatronics and maintenance technicians, plumbers and HVAC fitters, and construction trades, alongside engineers and increasingly IT and healthcare professionals.
What sets Germany apart is its emphasis on formal qualifications. Employers want workers whose training is documented and, where required, recognised against the German standard — which is exactly where Pakistan’s technically trained, certificate-holding workforce fits well.
We match candidates to employers and the right route (work visa, EU Blue Card or Opportunity Card), and we are upfront about recognition and language so people target roles they can genuinely secure.
A German placement asks more at the front end — recognition of qualifications and some language — but it rewards that effort with strong pay, comprehensive social security and a clear path to long-term residence. For skilled Pakistani workers it is one of the most stable destinations in Europe.
We help candidates plan the recognition and language steps early, prepare documentation, and complete Protector of Emigrants clearance, so the process is orderly from offer to arrival.
