Sourcing to travel
Cyprus recruits across hospitality, construction and services in the eastern Mediterranean, offering structured employment for Pakistani workers.
As a Government of Pakistan–licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP Licence No. 4035, BEOE-registered) with over 15 years of international recruitment experience, Falisha Manpower sources skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Pakistani workers for employers in Cyprus across construction, manufacturing, welding, logistics, agriculture, hospitality and caregiving, in line with applicable work-permit and employment regulations.
With a nationwide sourcing network and offices in Rawalpindi (head office), Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), our team manages candidate screening, documentation and full deployment coordination throughout the hiring process.
Cyprus, an EU and eurozone member in the eastern Mediterranean, runs a compact but busy economy that regularly outgrows its small local workforce. Construction, tourism, agriculture and a large services sector all compete for labour, and employers turn to overseas recruitment to keep projects and the tourist season fully staffed.
A steady stream of residential, commercial and tourism development, combined with a holiday season that stretches across much of the year, creates near-constant demand for skilled and semi-skilled workers. A Cypriot job also gives a worker a foothold in the EU labour market, with the protections that membership brings.
Falisha Manpower sources, screens and trade-tests candidates in Pakistan and deploys them for Cypriot contractors, hotels, farms and service companies, handling the documentation from our offices from selection through to arrival.
Construction is a major employer, taking masons, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters, scaffolders, tilers, electricians, plumbers and painters, together with the welders and fabricators that structural and finishing work require, and the site foremen who lead the crews.
Tourism and services add hotel and restaurant staff, cooks and kitchen hands, housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance workers, while agriculture takes field, greenhouse and packing staff and the logistics sector needs warehouse and delivery workers. We match each candidate to the employer and confirm skills with a trade test where the role requires it. We can supply individual specialists or larger teams as a development or a hotel scales up for the season.
Our placements span the island's main centres: Nicosia, the inland capital; Limassol, the coastal business and port city where much of the construction and commerce is concentrated; Larnaca, home to the main airport and a growing services base; and Paphos and the resort areas where tourism demand peaks.
Sourcing, screening and paperwork are coordinated from our Rawalpindi head office and branches, so a Cypriot employer deals with one organised partner throughout — from trade testing in Pakistan to the worker's arrival on site.
Cyprus operates an employer-led route. The Cypriot employer secures the work permit or employment approval for the role, the worker is issued an entry visa at a Cypriot or representing mission, and a temporary residence-and-employment permit is completed after arrival.
Medical screening and Protector of Emigrants clearance are carried out in Pakistan ahead of departure, after which Falisha handles the attestation, the visa file and the flights so that no stage has to wait on the one before it.
As an EU member, Cyprus applies a statutory minimum wage and requires written employment contracts setting out pay, hours and leave, with social-insurance registration and the labour protections shared across the Union. A Cypriot posting therefore carries documented, enforceable terms.
We put workers forward only on clear contracts and walk them through the conditions before departure, so wages and terms are understood before the job starts. Any accommodation the employer provides, together with working hours and overtime, is spelled out in the agreement before the worker leaves Pakistan.
For a Cypriot role you will normally need a valid passport, trade or education certificates, experience letters and a clean medical; most skilled positions include a trade test so your ability is confirmed before selection. Once an employer confirms you, we arrange the permit, the entry visa and your Protector of Emigrants clearance and organise your travel.
On arrival you complete your residence-and-employment permit and your employer typically assists with initial accommodation as agreed in the contract. We brief every worker before departure and, in accordance with BEOE and Protector of Emigrants rules, Falisha never charges candidates unlawful fees.
Two sectors define Cyprus's demand for overseas labour. Construction has been exceptionally active, with residential towers, commercial developments and tourism infrastructure concentrated around Limassol and the coast, and that pipeline needs civil and MEP trades faster than the local market can supply them.
We place the full range of building trades — masons, steel fixers, carpenters, scaffolders, electricians, plumbers, tilers and finishers, plus welders and fabricators — trade-testing candidates in Pakistan so they arrive ready to work to the standard contractors expect.
Tourism is the second pillar. Hotels and resorts in Paphos, Larnaca, Ayia Napa and along the coast staff up heavily for a long holiday season, needing reception, kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance workers. Because the demand is predictable, we can mobilise individuals or whole teams in good time for each season and project. Because construction and tourism peak at overlapping times of year, Cyprus offers a mix of project and seasonal work across one compact, easily reached island.
