Sourcing to travel
Malaysia remains a major destination for Pakistani workers, with manufacturing, construction, plantation and services employers recruiting at scale.
As a Government of Pakistan–licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP Licence No. 4035, BEOE-registered) with over 15 years of international recruitment experience, Falisha Manpower sources skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Pakistani workers for employers in Malaysia across manufacturing, construction, plantation and services, in line with applicable work-permit and employment regulations.
With a nationwide sourcing network and offices in Rawalpindi (head office), Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), our team manages candidate screening, documentation and full deployment coordination throughout the hiring process.
Malaysia has been one of the largest and most enduring destinations for Pakistani workers in Asia. Its export-driven economy — manufacturing and electronics, construction, plantation agriculture and a wide services sector — has relied on foreign labour for decades, and the well-worn migration link between the two countries means the route is familiar to workers and employers alike. For many Pakistanis seeking work in the Far East, Malaysia is the natural first choice.
The demand is genuinely broad. Electronics and general manufacturing plants need production operators in volume; construction sustains a large trades workforce; the palm-oil plantations draw agricultural labour; and services, logistics and hospitality add further openings. Falisha Manpower sources and screens Pakistani candidates for Malaysian employers across these sectors and manages the documentation and pre-departure process from Pakistan.
Manufacturing is the biggest employer of Pakistani workers in Malaysia. Electronics, component-assembly and general factories hire production and assembly operators, machine operators, packers and material handlers in large numbers, usually on structured shift systems. These semi-skilled production roles account for much of the corridor's volume.
Construction adds steady demand for masons, bar benders, shuttering carpenters, electricians, plumbers, welders and general site labour, while the plantation sector — palm oil above all — recruits harvesters and field workers. Services and logistics take warehouse staff, forklift operators, cleaners, security guards and hospitality workers. We match candidates to each employer's requirement and trade-test them in Pakistan before selection, and for skilled positions we arrange interviews ahead of deployment.
Our placements concentrate in Malaysia's industrial heartlands. Greater Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding state of Selangor host much of the country's manufacturing, construction and services activity; Johor in the south, anchored by its industrial estates and proximity to Singapore, is a major factory and logistics base; and Penang is the hub of the electronics and semiconductor industry. Plantation work extends into the wider regions of the peninsula and beyond.
We coordinate sourcing, screening and documentation from our Rawalpindi head office and branch network, matching candidates to the employer's location and sector.
Entry for employment in Malaysia follows a set sequence. The employer must first obtain approval to hire a foreign worker and secure the quota and permit for the role; the worker is then issued a calling visa (a Visa with Reference) before travelling, and completes the medical checks and the formalities for the work pass after arrival. The exact steps are driven by the employer's approvals, so we keep procedural detail general and confirm it case by case.
In Pakistan we take care of the offer and contract, medical screening, Protector of Emigrants clearance, attestation and travel arrangements. We work only with employers holding valid approvals and documented terms, which keeps each placement lawful from the outset.
Foreign workers in Malaysia are covered by the country's employment law and a national minimum wage, with written contracts setting out salary, working hours, overtime and the employer's responsibilities. Many manufacturing and construction employers also provide organised worker accommodation as part of the package.
We review the offered terms before any worker travels, place candidates only on documented contracts, and brief them on pay, deductions, hours and living arrangements beforehand. Clear expectations at the outset make for a more settled workforce and fewer disputes once the contract is under way.
To work in Malaysia you will usually need a valid passport, any relevant certificates or experience letters, and a clear medical; production and trade roles often include a skills or trade test before selection. Once you are selected and your calling visa is issued, we complete Protector of Emigrants clearance and arrange attestation and travel.
After arrival you complete the local medical and the formalities for your work pass, and your employer provides the accommodation and transport set out in your contract. We brief you fully on the role and conditions before you leave Pakistan, and, following BEOE and Protector of Emigrants rules to the letter, we never impose unlawful fees on candidates.
Manufacturing is the engine of the Malaysian corridor, and electronics is its flagship. Penang and the industrial estates of Selangor and Johor form one of Asia's major electronics and semiconductor-assembly bases, and the factories there — along with general and consumer-goods plants nationwide — employ large numbers of foreign production operators on structured shift systems.
For Pakistani workers this is a high-volume, well-established route. Roles are typically semi-skilled and trainable, employers are experienced at hosting overseas labour, and accommodation is usually organised. We supply production and assembly operators, machine operators and packers, assessing candidates in Pakistan so they can meet factory output and quality expectations quickly.
Because manufacturing hires in bulk, we can mobilise sizeable intakes and phase them to match an employer's ramp-up, while still sourcing individual skilled operators and technicians where a plant needs them. Throughout, we keep the sponsoring employer updated from selection to arrival.
